By completing a payment of the Service, You agree to the policies below. 

Copyrights

Once the website is complete and paid in full, it will be transferred to the customer. The customer can make any changes to the design of the website EXCEPT remove the copyrights at the bottom of the website. As the creators of the website, we do own the copyrights. 
Copyrights can be purchased for $150. Only then can the copyrights be removed from the website.

Refunds

There are no refunds for any projects, if the AI Web Design team has began work on the project. Due to the amount of time that goes into the project, full refunds will not be honored.   Any refunds issued is at the owner's discretion.
Half of the payment is required to begin the work on a project.. Full payment is required before the project is handed over. 

If an automated payment is declined, the client has 48 hours to update payment before a fee of $25 is applied. If payment is 5 business days or more delayed there will be a fee of $50 applied. 
If the fees are not paid, the client forfeits any money paid. No refund will be given. 
Partial refunds will be given  at the owner's discretion if the client is not pleased. 

Refunds will not be given if the client fails to provide the content necessary to complete the project, and the project has to be delayed. If a project is delayed more than 30 days, there will be a $200 restart fee to begin working on your project again. If the project is delayed by more than 30 days, the owner has discretion on if the project can be restarted.  When the restart fee is completed, the average turnaround time will be same as normal project timing. If no restart fee is received, the website will not be restarted or pushed to design queue again for completion.

Refunds will not be given if the client decides to no longer pursue the project.
If site design and development work has already begun (such as creating a design concept), then the payment is non-refundable. 
 
 Projects

Websites usually are completed 3-4 weeks after all content has been given to the team.
Delays in  content (text, pictures, videos) will cause delay in the project, and AI Web Design is not responsible for delays. 
If natural disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes, and more, leaves the team with non workable conditions, these times are calculated into the timeline and may cause a delay. Please note that any natural disasters are out of the control pf our AI Web Design team. Therefore, any delays are not the responsibility of AI Web Design and no refunds due to natural disasters will be given. The timeline of the project depends on how many projects the company is undertaking. 
Projects are started on a first come, first served basis. The full payment for the service, reserves the client's spot in the queue.
